Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase at ThugginNMarried.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase. Regarding refunds, we will inspect the returned item upon receipt and notify you. We will also inform you of the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as store credit. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. SHIPPING

ThugginNMarried will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped, confirmed via email. Most orders ship within 7 business days, with an additional 1-8 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. during high traffic times and holidays. Combining shipping for multiple orders is not possible.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

ThugginNMarried reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 2-12 days of receiving a return and are issued as store credit only. We do not issue cash or credit/debit card refunds. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address at checkout once the refund is processed.
